Local Shipping (Japan)

Regular service: ¥870 5-8 working days

Expedient service: ¥1,500 3-5 working days

* Free shipping- orders over ¥20,000

International Shipping 

Flat rates: ¥3,500

* Free shipping- orders over ¥30,000

 

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

* Please note, we cannot accept deliveries to PO Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

Damages

Sørvest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

VAT, GST and Custom duties

Any customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over the procedure in each respective country. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, we are not able to provide further information. The customer takes full responsibility for all charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. 
If you have inquires or experiences regarding your respective country's handling, don't hesitate to inform us, but please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as gifts.
